  1. Four recurring patterns of expression distinguishing tumor clusters from one another were observed in multiple clusters across cancer cohorts, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3a. For each pattern, the most significant and defining RPT expression difference is listed under “primary difference.” Other significant RPT expression differences associated with these patterns are listed under “co-regulated RPTs.” “Low” and “high” expression is defined relative to other tumors within a cancer cohort. Clusters with the described pattern are listed under “observations”
