Whole-cell patch-clamp recordings for Ca2+ channel currents in OUMS-27 cells treated with 100 μM GABA and 1 μM CGP. The application of 100 μM GABA to the bath induced inhibition of Ca2+ currents. The Ca2+ currents were regained after GABA was washed away. Additionally, the inhibitory effect of GABA on Ca2+ current was attenuated by 1 μM CGP, which is GABAB receptor antagonist
