Verticillin A overcomes human pancreatic cell resistance to gemcitabine. MiaPaCa2 and PANC1 cells were cultured in the presence of gemcitabine alone at the indicated concentrations, or in the presence of verticillin A (20 nM) and gemcitabine at the indicated concentrations for 1 day. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
