Effect of MPP and PHTPP on the caspase-3/ caspase-7 activity and on the lactate dehydrogenase activity (LDH) of OE33 cell lines. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of MPP and PHTPP for 48 h, and then caspase activity was determined using Caspase-Glo 3/7 assay while LDH activity was determined using LDH activity assay.
