Most efficient enrichment of exosome marker proteins by ultracentrifugation method. Exosomes were isolated from A549, HCT116 and COLO205 cells using the ultracentrifugation, ExoQuick-TC™ and Total Exosome Isolation methods. Expression of CD63, CD9, CD81 and HSP70 was examined by western blotting using specific antibodies. Representative results are shown.
