Minocycline and WP1066 in combination synergistically inhibit intracranial tumor growth. a U87 glioma cells were injected intracranially into athymic mice and tumor growth was studied using the IVIS-200 imaging system. b At day 10 after intracranial injection of tumor cells, Mino (50 mg/kg), WP1006 (20 mg/kg), or their combination was administered intraperitoneally once per day for 10 days and tumor growth was observed for 15 days after the cessation of treatment. c Weight measurements were taken every 4 days. There were no differences among the four groups at day 35
