miR-17-5p inhibited TNBC cells migration and invasion capacities by targeting ETV1 in vitro. MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells were transfected with LV-miR-17-5p or LV-NC. miR-17-5p decreased the number of migrating and invasive MDA-MB-231 and BT549 cells. Restoration of ETV1 expression in the presence of miR-17-5p significantly recovered the cells migratory and invasive capabilities observed with Transwell (a-h) and wound closure (i-l) assays.
