Kaplan-Meier survival analysis with log rank test. ICC patients were grouped into 4 quadrants according to their tumoral LINE-1 methylation levels. Q1, 2, 3, and 4 are ordered by increasing methylation level of LINE-1. Cancer-specific survival was lower in patients with Q1 or Q2 ICC than in patients with Q3 or Q4 ICC (a).
