M13HS hybrid clone cells exhibit an increased colony formation capacity. Cells (2×102 per well) were seeded in 6-well plates and were cultivated in complete media for 10–14 days. Growing colonies were stained with crystal violet solution. a Shown is the mean relative colony formation capacity of three independent experiments in relation to that of the M13SV1-EGFP-Neo human breast epithelial cells, which was set to 1.
