Table 4 Dose reduction for specific toxicity: diarrhoea

Grade I

No action required.

Grade II

Concomitant anti-diarrhoeal agents may initially be administered without dose reduction. If Grade 2 diarrhoea persists, dose reduction should occur as per Table 2. Supportive care regimen should follow local standard of care.

Grade III

Dose reduction should occur as per Table 2.

Grade IV

Dose reduction should occur as per Table 2.
