Overexpression of ENDOD1 led to notable increases in G0/G1 phase arrest, with a corresponding decrease in the percentage of cells in the G2/M and S phases. c-d cell cycle distribution after transfecting siRNA or si-NC of ENDOD1 in LNCaP cells. siRNA-induced downregulation of ENDON1 led to remarkable increase in the percentage of cells in the G2/M phase. e-f FITC-Anexin V test demonstrated no changes in apoptosis between the control group and the group of ENDOD1 overexpression (e) or siRNA (f).
