Susceptibility of mesothelioma and immortalized mesothelial cells to nutlin-3a. Cells were treated with nutlin-3a at various concentrations and the cell viabilities were measured with the WST assay. Relative viability was calculated based on uninfected cells. IC50 values were calculated with CalcuSyn software. Averages and SE bars are shown (n=3)
