The neo-epitope percentage was calculated by dividing the total number of neo-epitopes by the total number of variants in each patient. b Overall survival for patients based on the neo-epitope number. Kaplan-Meier curves were constructed to look at the difference in the survival of patients with high and low numbers of neo-epitopes. Patients in the top 1/4 neo-epitope number were chosen as patients with high neo-epitope count, and the bottom 1/4 were chosen as the low neo-epitope count. Differences were evaluated by the Log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test (n = 95; 47 high neo-epitope count and 48 low neo-epitope count patients)
