Trabectedin displaces EWS-WT1 chimera from its target gene promoters. a ChIP assays on JN-DSRCT-1, treated and not with trabectedin 5 nM for 1 h, 0.5 nM and 0.75 nM for 24 h. The binding of EWS-WT1 on IGF2, PDGFA and EGFR was analyzed by RT-Q-PCR.
