Migrated Osteosarcoma cells proliferation and survival increased in the HULEC-5a CM. a SaOS2, SJSA-1 and U2OS cells were induced to migrate to HULEC-5a or MRC5 CM for 48 h, followed by culturing the migrated OS cells in regular culture medium for another 10 days. OS cells were fixed and visualized by Giemsa staining.
