Percentage of CD105 positive cells within RCC cell lines. RCC cell lines were cultured in normoxic conditions, and after the third day, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry for the CD105 surface marker. The graph shows a relative amount of CD105+ cells in relation to isotype control (threshold). The highest number of CD105+ (more than 25%) was identified in the primary tumor derived Caki-2 and SMKT-R2 cell lines. Similar CD105+ levels were observed in another primary tumor derived 786-O and metastatic ACHN, while in 769-P (primary) and RCC6 (metastatic) no positive cells were detected
