  1. T0 corresponds to the time when the sample was collected and mRNA was analysed and T2 corresponds to next 2 years pathology progressions based on cytological results. Cytology results were divided into three groups: 1) normal (no lesion), 2) Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) and low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) and 3) High-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL)
