CPS induced apoptosis in 786-O cells. a and b 786-O cells were treated with vary concentrations of CPS, or pretreated with 2 μM CPZ for 2 h and then treated with 300 μM CPS for 24 h (b), or treated with 300 μM CPS for 0, 6, 12, 24, or 48 h (a). Then, cells were collected and incubated in a binding buffer containing FITC-conjugated annexin-V, and PI was then detected with flow cytometry analysis. c The hochest 33258 staining assay revealed that CPS facilitated cell apoptosis in 786-O cells.
