The anti mammary tumor effects of T. cruzi infection is reversed by specific anti-rTcCRT F(ab’)2 fragments. A/J mice were inoculated s.c. in a supra escapular area with mammary adenocarcinoma cells (TA3-MTXR, control group) and challenged as indicated in the Figure and detailed in the Materials and Methods section. In all cases the infection with T. cruzi was performed 8 days before the inoculation of tumor cells, and the delivery of Abs was performed every other day. (One-tailed Wilcoxon signed-rank test)
