FnIII-1c induces Akt phosphorylation in NCI-H460 cells. NCI-H460 cells were treated with various concentrations of FnIII-1c for 1 h (a) or with 10 μM FnIII-1c for increasing lengths of time (b). NCI-H460 cells were treated with the control modules, FnIII-10n (c) or FnIII-13 (d), at the designated concentrations for 1 h. PBS served as control. Cell lysates were analyzed by western blotting for phosphorylated Akt (pS473Akt). GAPDH served as loading control
