  1. Using the Significance Analysis of Microarrays software, serum protein levels (entered as antibody array fluorescence intensities transformed to natural logarithms) that were significantly altered from baseline following induction neoadjuvant chemotherapy (post-NACT) and sequential chemoradiotherapy (post-CRT) and at evaluation of the neoadjuvant treatment were determined. The fold-change increase or decrease from baseline is indicated to the right of each protein. False discovery rate was less that 10 % for all proteins. Proteins are listed by their gene names. Proteins with serum levels that were significantly different from baseline at every other sampling point are italicized. The protein highlighted in bold is also discussed in the current report. The crude table has been shown in a previous report [18]
