PAC down-regulates ERα and its targets C-Myc and cyclin D1. a Cells were challenged with PAC (10 μM) for the indicated periods of time, and then cell lysates were prepared and used for immunoblotting analysis utilizing specific antibodies against the indicated proteins. b Cells were either sham-treated (DMSO) or challenged with PAC (10 μM) for 24 h, and then total RNA was extracted and used for qRT-PCR using specific primers for the indicated genes.
