In vitro proliferation assay; TE4 and TE4CXCL12+ cells exposed or not to AMD3100. TE4CXCL12+ cells showed a significantly higher proliferation index than wild type TE4 cells (p = 0.03). AMD3100 significantly decreases the proliferation of both TE4 and TE4CXCL12+ cells (both p = 0.001). Overexpression of CXCL12 did not increase the proliferation of TE4 exposed to AMD3100
