Proliferation and chemosensitivity assay results in SS cell lines with FOXM1 knockdown. a The cell lines were transduced with FOXM1 siRNA or a nontargeting control. The real-time quantitative PCR for FOXM1 showed a reduction in FOXM1 transcript at 24 h after transfection. b Western blotting demonstrated that the cell lines transduced with FOXM1 had significantly reduced levels of FOXM1 protein at 48 h after transfection. c Cell lines with FOXM1 siRNA compared to nontargeting control.
