DHEA and NALA increase ROS production. a SNU-1041 and (b) SNU-1076 were treated with the indicated concentrations (μM) of DHEA and NALA. At 18 h, cells were subjected to the DCFH2-DA assay to measure the change of ROS level. Results are expressed as a percentage relative to control (% of control).
