  1. Hazard ratios and p-values for survival under chemotherapy, using exon 4 staining (0–1 = low, 2–3 = high) plus other readouts as covariates. The combination of exon 4 intensity plus HER2, which strengthens the prediction compared to exon 4 intensity alone, is boxed. Tumor grade was included as low (grade 1) or high (grades 2–3). The parameters for tumor size and lymph node involvement, were not dichotomized and had different hazard ratios for each level (not shown). Significant p-values (p < 0.05) are underlined
