Cell proliferation assay. Cells (5 × 103 cells per well) were seeded on 96-well plates, and cultured for 48 and 72 h. Cell growth was evaluated by MTT assay (OD490; absorbance at 490 nm). The growth rate of HSC2/hOCT3/4-shp53-F + hSK + hUL was significantly higher than that of HSC2 and HSC2/EGFP at 48 and 72 h after seeding.
