L-Arg promoted adaptive immune responses and inhibited cancer development. Flow cytometry analysis of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and CD4+ IFN-γ+ T cells was shown (a, b, d, f and g). Total RNA was purified from spleen cells and T-bet mRNA were quantified by real-time RT-PCR (c). ELISA was used to determine the levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ (e). Total RNA was purified from tumor tissue and Granzyme B and INF-γ mRNA were quantified by real-time RT-PCR (h). * P < 0.05 compared to PBS group
