Honokiol inhibits the JAK2/STAT3, Akt and Erk pathways in SP-derived spheres. The SAS SP-derived spheres were incubated with 5 or 10 μM honokiol for 48 h. The protein levels of total and phosphorylated JAK2 (a), STAT3 (b), Akt (c) and Erk (d) were determined by Western blot and quantified by densitometry. The ratios of pJAK2, pSTAT3, pAkt and pErk to actin were calculated
