Activity analysis of VEGF-D promoter. A series of 5′-deletion fragments of the VEGF-D promoter were amplified by PCR and then inserted into the firefly luciferase report vector. These constructs (1 μg) were co-transfected into NOZ cells with pRL-TK (0.1 μg) as an internal reference. PGL4-basic served as the negative control.
