Exposure of BALB/c mice to a single-dose of lysine salt or free acid α-TEA. α-TEA free acid (100 mg/kg) and α-TEA lysine salt (200 mg/kg) were administered by intravenous injection or oral gavage. Blood was collected from 3 mice/group at each time point and analyzed for α-TEA levels by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with mass spectrometric detection (LC-MS/MS)
