Cell growth curves showed that both LK2 (left panel) and A549 (right panel) cells with BDNF-shRNA transfection presented a decreased proliferative activity compared with other groups during the 5 days. Furthermore, both cells proliferation was facilitated after rhBDNF retreatment. Data are indicated as mean ± SD of three replicates
