Chronic ethanol feeding enhances tumorigenesis markers during AOM/DSS-induced tumorigenesis. AOM/DSS-induced colonic tumorigenesis was induced with (EF) or without (PF) 4 % ethanol feeding as described in Methods section. Cryosections of distal colon were stained for VEGF (a) pSmad (b), or HIF1α (c), and co-stained for F-actin and nucleus. Images presented are representative of n of 5 for each group
