Overexpression of miR-146b-5p promotes migration and invasion of non tumor rat thyroid follicular cell line (PCCl3). Cells overexpressing miR-146-5p (PC-CMV-146b) and control groups (PC-CMV-ø and PCCl3-WT) were cultured and submitted to transwell migration and invasion assays for 24 h. After this period, miR-146b-5p expression (a) and cell viability (b) were evaluated. Representative images and quantitative data for migration (c) and invasion (d) assays are shown. PCCl3-WT: normal thyroid follicular cell line, PC-CMV-ø: cell transfected with an empty vector, PC-CMV-146b: cell transfected with the miR-146-5p genomic region.
