The patients were divided into four groups: Group 1, low FoxC2 and preserved E-cadherin; Group 2, low FoxC2 and impaired E-cadherin; Group 3, high Foxc2 and preserved E-Cadherin; and Group 4, high Foxc2 and impaired E-cadherin.
