Effect of Bafilomycin A1, Chloroquine, E64d+PepstatinA. HT-29 cells were pre-incubated with Bafilomycin A1(50 nM), Chloroquine (5 μM) and E64d+PepstatinA (10 μg/ml) for 4 h and then treated with 2c (14.9 μM; 48 h). After preparation of whole cell lysates, western blotting was done using specific antibodies against LC3B. Analysis was confirmed with three different sets of experiments
