  1. Gene ontology (GO) analysis was performed using the DAVID Bioinformatics Resources 6.7 database (https://david.ncifcrf.gov/). Significantly upregulated genes were loaded into DAVID and the HumanHT-12_V3_0_R2_11283641_A was selected as a background reference.
