Cells grown on coverslips were fixed and immunostained with polyclonal anti-KIF23 V1 antibody, followed by detection with FITC-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. b Subcellular localization of KIF23 V1 examined by cell fractionation and Western blotting. HLE cells were separated into nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions. Equal amounts of proteins were loaded onto SDS-PAGE gels, and the protein expression was analyzed with anti-KIF23 V1, anti-tubulin (cytoplasmic marker), or anti-lamin B1 (nuclear marker) antibodies
