HNHA reduced tumor Ki-67 expression. Immunohistochemical analysis of the Ki-67 protein levels in paraffin-embedded tumor tissues from mice with anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC; SNU-80; a) and papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC; SNU-790; b) xenografts. HNHA caused more powerful inhibition of tumor Ki-67 expression than did SAHA or TSA.
