Analysis of cell migration and proliferation. a Migration analysis of BT-549 cells over expressing IRX2 and from control cells by wound healing assay. Closure of wounded cell layer was examined by time-lapse videomicroscopy and evaluated using the Volocity 6 software. b Analysis of cell proliferation of BT-549 cells over expressing IRX2 and control cell lines by MTT assay.
