Analysis of IRX2 expression and chemokine secretion in breast cancer cell lines over expressing IRX2. a Recombinant IRX2 protein expression in BT-549 and Hs578T cells that were transduced with retro-virus containing HA-tagged IRX2-cDNA. IRX2 protein expression was determined by Western blot analysis using a HA-specific antibody.
