The effects of L2H17 on the expression of apoptosis related proteins in CT26.WT cells. (a) CT26.WT cells were incubated with L2H17 (0, 3, 10, or 30 μM) or curcumin (30 μM) for 48 h. The total protein was extracted and the expression of Bcl-2, Bax, caspase-3 and PARP was examined by western blot. GAPDH was shown as the control of equal loading.
