Effect of A2P treatment on invasive potential of metastatic melanoma cells. WM9 metastatic melanoma cells were maintained in 100 μM A2P for 5 days under standard normoxic culture conditions. Cells were seeded into Matrigel chambers and assayed for invasion after 24 h. a Matrigel invasion assay was completed as described in Methods and Materials.
