GEM-treated MIA PaCa-2 cells in G2M showed higher HER2 expression than those in S or G1. a MIA PaCa-2 cells were treated with GEM (0 or 300 ng/ml) for 2 h, washed with PBS and incubated for 96 h. The cells were examined for cell cycle status by flow cytometry.
