Augmentation of HER2 expression in MIA PaCa-2 cells using standard drugs for PDA treatment. MIA PaCa-2 cells were treated with 5-FU (0, 2.5, 10 or 40 μg/ml) for 1.5 h, GEM (0, 100, 300 or 1000 ng/ml) for 2 h or L-OHP (0, 2.5, 10 or 40 μg/ml) for 3 h, and HER2 expression was examined 48 h after each treatment by flow cytometry.
