Hesperidin (HES) decreased the protein levels of cyclinD1, cyclinE1, and CDK2 in HeLa cells. HeLa cells were treated with HES (0, 40, 80, and 160 μM) for 48 h and the expression of these proteins in treated cells was determined by western blot analysis. Data are reported as the mean ± SEM of at least three experiments; *p <0.05 versus control group (0 μM) (One-way ANOVA followed by the Tukey’s post hoc test)
