MFX and CFX perturb mitochondrial membrane potential. Mitochondrial membrane potential disruption was estimated using DiOC₆. 20 min prior to harvesting, cells were incubated with 40 nM DiOC₆ and after incubation MIA PaCa-2 and Panc-1 cells were harvested, and the change in fluorescence was measured by flowcytometry. The X-axis represents green fluorescence, and the Y-axis represents the count scale. The illustrated histograms are representative of the three independent experiments with similar results. Results were also validated using mCCCp as a positive control in both the cell lines
