Combinatorial treatment with MK1775 and AZD7762 reduces tumour growth in melanoma xenografts. “Patient 3” xenografts were treated with MK1775 (30 mg/kg, three times per week, orally), AZD7762 (25 mg/kg, three times per week, i.v. injection) or a combination of theinhibitors, for two weeks (7 mice per group). The tumour volumes were measured twice a week using a caliper, and are presented as tumour volume relative to the volume of the tumour at the initiation of the treatment. Standard bars represent positive standard deviation. Comparison of tumour volume at day 48 was performed with one-way between groups ANOVA, and post-hoc comparisons with the Tukey HSD tests (*p < 0.024 untreated vs. combination group)
