Variation in invasive capacity of three ESCC cell lines. In KYSE170 cells, the invasion capacity of cells was markedly increased by rHGF pre-stimulation and decreased by PF-2341066. KYSE 180 cells demonstrated similar invasive tendencies as those observed in KYSE 170 cells, but the changes were not statistically significant. However, the invasion capacity of KYSE 150 cells did not differ significantly under rHGF pre-stimulation and/or PF-2341066 treatment.
