Whole exome sequencing of SKBR3 mCTCs. The chromosomal region containing the p.R175H mutation in TP53 is shown from whole genome amplification products from 8 individual cells and a pool of 5 cells that were picked from a slide processed as described. The nucleotides in red represent the mutation; wild type sequence is listed at the bottom. The mutation was identified in all samples.
